Silver Pampas grass does not grow naturally in our valley. Landscapers use it often and every time I drive past a clump I slow the car and gaze longingly. The wind and sunlight have a great time dancing in the razor sharp leaves and fluffy tuffs.

Dear Laura, I can sit all day looking at this painitng, so honest, so beautiful. I love it. Of course i like all your work. Cheers.
a stunning piece. The brush work, color and light are amazing.
This painting is really so good. I thought you might enjoy this...my son, who had to cut back the pampas grass at our house called it "Gorilla Grass," due to how tough it is. (he was making the comparison to "Monkey Grass," which is small and easy to cut. So now whenever I see it I think of "Gorilla Grass!"
this is just lovely. It has a beautiful glow to it.
Excellent use of color and technique.
Wow... this one left me speechless. I LOVE the color, the values, the temperature and the whispy-tiny grasses catching the light! Awesome painting!
Laura,
Excellent painting!
