"Canyon Chill" ©

The temperature gage in my car read 34 degrees, with the wind howling it felt like 24. The scrub brush was still frozen from the night and my feet crunched on the ice. I decided to take a photo and paint from that in my studio rather then fight with frozen paint. I know wimpy, native Californian.

Oil on board, 8" X 10"

Purchase from the artist

YES, the wind is brutal. I have a Guerrilla pochade box that is perfect for painting from in the front seat of my car. Talk about whimpy....:)
