Small daily oil paintings, painted in a plein air impressionistic style on stretched canvas or canvas board created and posted regularly. 2012 update: After 6 years, the postings now include larger paintings along with the small works. My goal is to reach 1,000 paintings posted by the end of this year. 2013 update: The original goal was met and exceeded, from now on I will post paintings that are successful or might be of interest.
This lovely bloom was waving in the last bit of sun for the day. These carefree flowers are dazzling with their tissue paper thin petals in every shade of white.
Thanks Marian, these babies are a blast to paint. I want to paint more! See you tonight at the California Art Club show with bells on or at least cleaned up a bit.
Darn.. I just went back this morning having decided to buy it and it is already sold. I'll have to be quicker next time one of these little guys that tugs at me shows up.
