"Sunlit Solitude" ©

A few days of heat, a few days of rain and all of nature seems confused. The golden leaves are hanging on and green grasses emerge as if spring has arrived.

Laura, really nice work, i especially like the light and shadow pattern that leads the eye through the painting~ great work my friend! The weather has been so strange in Australia as well, we have had our whole monthly rainfall in one day and it continues to be rainy forecast leading up to Christmas (which is our heat of Summer!)

Absolutely wonderful... What lovely scenes you have there in your nook of the woods...
And you capture them so well.

I know I already commented this morning... but I had to come back. The colors in this are so beautiful!

I know the Franz Bischoff exhibit inspired me, along with the Clyde Aspevig exhibit. Thank goodness we have the chance to see these masterpieces in person.
Georgiegirl, after a few days of 80 degrees, it's going to drop like a rock and rain is coming. Glad to know it's world wide. Thanks for looking at the blog. Paint On!
