If you're lucky, upon being seated at the Buca de Pepo Restaurant you will be escorted through the kitchen. The aroma of each heavenly dish fills the air; fresh tomatoes, garlic and cheeses are within reach. This gentleman was waiting for the next order to be passed to him for delivery to hungry guests. The blue towel drapped over his shoulder and his chef hat were calling to me.
