My valley is a recipient of the "Day Fire" smoke. The fire began Labor Day and is now at 107,000. acres with 35% containment. It's odd to see people carrying on with their daily lives, seemly oblivious as the sky takes on an erie fiery glow. Sunlight behind the smoke creates lighting that the movie magic whizzes would find hard to replicate. Today our world was pink.
