I am still noodling in the cliffs but the bones are there for a small painting of "Montana De Oro" on the California coast.

I have so missed my brushes and paint, over the last week or so. The holiday festivities took over for a brief time and so to get back in the saddle I painted a favorite scene, the bridle path to the sea within the Montana De Oro park. It's interesting to revisit a subject with a few hundred canvases in between, a new approach and a bit more skill.
