Imagine sitting on a woven blanket, next to the fire dug into the sand, eating a fresh lobster, French cheese, sipping a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the Cape. This painting was the view, after several dark days.
Oil on Canvas, 16" X 20"

Very striking sunset, Laura. I like the dark colors, not so pastel or pink/purple, nice for a change and so dramatic.
Thank you Dyane, it was an amazing sunset, after a cloudy day we were sitting on the beach eating lobsters, french bread and drinking wine, when the sun sneaked under the clouds just at the horizon.
